Welcome to Almost.. By accessing or using the Almost. application and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Almost., you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your account.
You retain full ownership of all content you upload, create, or store in Almost., including audio files, lyrics, cover art, and profile information. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you and any collaborators or recipients you designate.
Rights warranty. By uploading audio (or any other content) to Almost., you warrant that you own the content or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload, store, share, and collaborate on it — including any samples, beats, vocals, or recordings created by others. You agree not to upload content you do not have the right to distribute. We may remove content subject to a valid rights complaint and suspend repeat infringers.
You agree not to use Almost. to:
Zero tolerance for objectionable content. Almost. has zero tolerance for content that is abusive, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that encourages self-harm, violence, or illegal activity. We use automated filters and user reporting to detect such content. Content that violates this standard will be removed, and accounts responsible may be suspended or terminated without prior notice. If your content is removed or held for review and you believe this was a mistake, you may appeal via Settings > Contact Moderation in the app.
We reserve the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
When you invite collaborators or generate share links, you are responsible for the content you share and the permissions you grant. Recipients of share links and collaborators may access your content according to the permissions you set.
Almost. is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Delete Account within the app or by visiting the account deletion page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
